This run kicked my backside! God almighty, my stomach does not have the stomach for running. Three bathroom breaks, a 30-min nap, and all my post-run recovery tricks and it still took the better part of the day to feel better. (new favorite post-run recovery trick = banana slurpee - thanks, RDW!)
