Needed to clear out my head so added an extra route but turns out they were paving that area...somehow I tripped hard and was going down in slow motion. It was surreal cuz I was anticipating the cement hitting my face. Ugh. So lucky a tween was there waiting for his bus. I reached for him and he was able to grab me just before I hit. Whew.


Man I know this was not funny but it made me laugh :) sorry about that :) glad you didn't hit the cement in the end! ...Great almost 10 miler run!
