      Trying to get back to the d-mile. Snow is about melted after our heat wave. Looks like you're training a LOT- must be enjoying it, and making progress. Does the weather there ever turn against you (too hot)? I have so many questions, I'll email you so I don't run out of room...

      unfortunately, the weather will turn against me for a couple months it'll be 120F during the day and 105F at night with 90% humidity. My challenge is keeping the niggles from turning into injuries. I took the volume up to 16 hrs a week and it was too much for me too quickly. I do love it and am fired up for the Abu Dhabi tri...Crowie and Macca should both be here.
