    Brunch after the run at the home of one of the members - it was lovely! We rotate it about once a month or so, my turn next I think.

    Fun in the sunshine. Biggest club turnout ever, 23 people. The coffee shop didn't know what hit them when about 18 of us turned up there!

      Spring/summer is here so a great time to restart the training Diane... I love yoga, but find that whenever I do it it triggers my knee niggle off. I definitely think it's the yoga, and not the running... Blah :((

      Mum lives on a farm, 10 miles from a small country town, 250 miles from Melbourne. London is a bit of a shock! She's getting the hang of it though and today has informed me she has no need of my services and is trotting around loose by herself!
