All was going well... and then... bam... tweeked my lower back in an exaggerated karaoka move... darn... left early to ice and take ibu...
Cancelled Tuesday AM workout... am going to Irish Dance to watch and maybe do a walk thru... we have so many Dance Shows coming up... gotta see the choreography
