    Fun to watch Lagat win the 3,000 meter in 7:37 and just pull away in that final 200 meter! USA women won the 4 x 400 meter relay! Woo hoo, no dropped batons this time!

    Second Irish Dance Performance: Estes Park, CO
    Another reason Irish Dance is a great workout...sometimes we have to haul in our own dance floor, 12 heavy sheets of plywood! Another benefit, we were fed dinner by the church members! :o)
