After taking nearly 2 weeks off from running to heal my foot, I got some new shoes and took the opportunity to break them in! This was a combination of brisk walking, sprinting up the hills, and running. It felt soooo good! But I have to save myself for this weekend's 5k... And my new Hoka shoes feel great!
