    Bad news..foot hurt...good news...managable and didn't get any worse while running. Nashotah is a very soft grass and mulch covered trail. Will take the next week off again.

      when I had my PF it hurt doing that also, the fact you are still flexing the foot and putting your weight on it dosent allow it to rest. Swimming is the best.

      I went to the pool to swim last night and each lane already had 3 people in them! So hard to find a time that the pool is not packed! I got some strange looking sleep apparatus I'm going to try. At least I can walk and put weight on it now :-)

    2 days off and pain was better, but got worse during the run. But at least the 2 days off showed improvement. I figure soon enough there will be some sub zero days I will gladly take off :-)

      Don't push it, I did two years ago and it cost me 6 months, and rest didn't help. I needed Ultra sound to finally get rid of it. Is it the top of the foot, or your heel?

      my heel to the middle of my foot, on the bottom. Trying some thingy that I put on when I sleep. At this point the pain is keeping me from pushing it. Can't run two days in a row at this point :-(

      Yep, that is what I had, its not the torture sock is it (my name I gave it) that flexs your foot. Plantar will get worse until you get it fixed. I would get ultra sound, I tried running through it and was dumbest thing I ever did.

      @chuck. Been icing and Advil-ing. Bought some sleeping thing and a compression sock. Hopefully that will help. Until then, I'll just eat cookies
