    Got on my bike for the first time since 9/12/2010. Beautiful morning, light breeze. Rode up to Holy Hill area, so pretty up there. Only thing hurting right now is my tushy!

      Thanks all! @Mike, foot held up OK. Was really achy after, but no sharps pains while running. This race had a decent amount of downhills, which really take their toll on it. As long as I limit my racing this year, I think it will slowly get better!

      Thsnks guys. @Marek, I am signed up for the Door County Half IM, but haven't touched a bike in 2 years, so we will see. Foot is not totally healed yet, so trying to limit the racing :-( I need to watch Miracle some more!
