I wanted to add some time at the faster pace but found that my legs were toast! I then thought I'd add a whole 'nother mile at the slower pace but again - legs! toast!


Well, I think this is a fantastic workout! Nice!

You've been sizzling-fast every day for a week, Diana! Sometimes the fatigue creeps up on you. Take it easy for a bit and your speed will be back. :)
