      Wow, the downsides of training long. Hopefully with a few days rest you feel better and the blister goes down. Way to get it done!

    Shoveled out 2 drives and sidewalks at elderly house and at work. I got so warm, I had to take off my coat and gloves even tho it was only 19 degrees out!
