    LV(very)SD run! Not really bad out. 76º with humidity at 52% but I haven't run this far since my half in April so speed wasn't the point today! :) have a great weekend everyone!

    Took it slow and easy today, no problem running the miles at a slow pace in this heat. I'm resigned to running slower as I age but at least I know I can go the distance. :)
