      That's still a great pace, Diane. And don't worry too much about time for your first half marathon. If you don't it slower than you like, that just means you'll set a new PR for the next one!

      And again, remember that the treadmill does not allow you to "take it easy". Outside, you are not running at a constant pace, like on the TM. You adjust your pace to whatever you are encountering, potholes / cracks in the road, grass, any hurdle that may slow you down for a short time.
