good Tuesday morning run.. 3.16 km 00:21 10:56 pace
late posting.. first early morning run since CCM.. ran with Vannette M. but we had to stop since her right knee injury started to act up again.. dapat rest sa ka ga.. :)

ran tired and weak; would have wanted to run longer.. kuwang lang sa tarung nga pahuway siguro.. 30 minute run with a 10 minute cool down walk in the end.. time to rest! Happy Chinese New Year!
