      Only hurts when I go down stairs but still feel it walking. Last night I was woken up by my other calf cramping so now they are both sore. Going to try and run easy tonight.

    Wow, the sand is hard packed so it is like running on pavement only you are running next to the ocean. Lots and lots of people walking, running, riding bikes. Looking forward to my run tomorrow!

    Just tooling around with Mike and Mike. Headed out from Potter to the river trail to the fish ladder and back. We tried to go to Hawk Island first but the river was flowing nicely over the trail.

      My daughter is there for M/W, but I coach my other daughter back home at the same time so I am never there. My wife gets the benefit of running during her practice and heads over to Hawk Island sometimes.
