    I was doing great until mile 10 stopped for water and my knee got a sharp pain. I am glad I finished but this was the slowest out of my 3 long runs. The second slowest was 8:50 pace!

    I ran with Josh, I felt amazing. I never stopped, we hit all of the lights. Last week with 9 miles I stopped 3 times at lights. This time I ran 1 mile further but only 4 minutes longer.
