I am so bad about updating.
I could feel the strain in my lower back again. A side effect of not doing this daily like I want to do. Or... more specifically, of the wedding weekend being a workout-less period.
I have gotten really bad about posting, though I'm trying to keep up my actual workouts. I just haven't gotten on the site much lately. Also did resistance training with this, and 15 on the treadmill.

Thanks Alicyn! I really need to get myself in shape. And I feel no fear of what others think, so I can live with looking like a dork. In the end, I will look good in a kilt again, and THEY will still be worried about keeping up appearances.
