      Zoe, LOL thanks :-D. Rosie said thanks too. She's buzzing to go run but the vets said not until her wound is healed and stitches out ...................... Alain, you can come and run with me any time you want Sir. Nicely spotted on the mileage too. Wonder if I can change that km to miles on any of the months this year :-D

      Thanks all, she'll be fine. Think she must have found a sharp stick when she was blasting through the undergrowth. In her head she's ready to go run again now but the vet says 10 days to give her wound chance to heal.......
      She's got to wear tee-shirts to stop her from licking the wound too and is not happy about that. Better than when she gets to lick it though and it sets her lips shaking like some doggie version of Hannibal Lecter though.

      LOL, thanks Tina. I'll never run out of gears on my trainer the resistance on it is hard as nails. Rollers are easier though, just like riding on a flat road without any wind resistance - just don't fall off them :-)

      Thanks Pablo/Lee :-D ............ Chi, personally I like the way of the race. The hills are evil but they hit you hard and are gone. Going round in reverse seemed to have loads of long drawn out climbs. But then I was knackered before I started so that may not have helped :-)
