    I really tried to run the maffetone heart rate method which for me is 134 max HR and even though it was quite the shuffle, I managed to avg 132.

    First commute with the new bag and laptop and holy Odin, it was slow and heavy feeling. Just never felt even close to strong. I need to get back on this horse and stop letting it buck me back off.
