Wow was it humid out there this morning. Nothing too exciting happened on my run today. It was great to get out there this morning before work to get my run in.

Thanks everyone, it is not fun to have an injury and want to run. @Dave, super excited about RAC. Last year at this time I was dealing with another injury, PF. The wierd thing about that is after the RAC was over, my PF went away.

That shift to the pre-work can be tough but I like it once I'm there. Real nice pace for feeling tight.
