      Well, any run is a good run, especially if the weather is good and the company acceptable. Great place to run too - I think I've heard of a race they run near there.

      @Jenny J. so many people ask me if Im wearing shape ups....really??? Is my butt that big??? They are awesome shoes. Took awhile to get used to them, but now just love them. Not great in snow and ice though. My hubby calls me "Big Foot" when Ive got them on, but despite all the name calling they are wonderful. :-)
