I did 2 miles today but I'm logging 4 to cover 2 I didn't log the other day. I did W6D2 today. I feel good but I'm tired now. It was tough at times. The second 10 minutes were harder but the last 4 were really trying. I pushed & the last 2 seemed a little better. I have noticed a tip I found about swinging my arms harder makes the stride easier. I'm still not back up to the pace I used to have but there's no rush. I'll get there. I started to hit the pavement today since Will's at his new job (1st day) & Tori's still at school but I really like being able to track myself on the tredmill. I'll get back out there soon but for now, I'm training inside to improve myself. Good run!!
