Knee and shin still tender! Set out for 5miles, but I am happy with what I completed. and at a 1% incline!

    Great run! And good girl with setting that incline :) Otherwise, it'll feel like you are running downhill and it'll bother your shins.

    @Chanthana, should everyone adjust their incline to at least .5%? Or is that geared specifically towards someone with pain in their shins?
