Been resting. After the kettle bell work out, my thighs were so sore. Could finally walk normally since yesterday. Now I'm feeling it in my knee. I don't know if it was the run or the kettle bell that Hirt my knee. I feel like I'm always injured. I'm feeling very discouraged. No runs on my "weekend" but will do the kettle bell tomorrow and see how my knee does. Resting up for Tuesday. Tuesday I'm back on the treadmill.
