    Not on it at the moment, legs dead again think my saddle is to high, lowered it 3/4 way round and felt better

      Fingers crossed, that will do the trick. Funny how it goes, you'll probably feel great this time next week. ATM I just can't seem to recover quickly enough from anything to do with leg work. /shrug
