My first run since Sunday, I just haven't been feeling it the past couple days. I didn't really "feel" it on this run, but it just felt.....necessary. I don't wanna skip too many days. To be honest, I felt tired and sluggish at the start, and that feeling continued pretty much throughout the run. All things considered, it was a good run, and after it was done, I was glad I finally got out there. I haven't run in the evening in a while, that was also something different. I originally planned to run 8, but I was too far from home when my Garmin hit eight, so I just kept going....one more mile never hurt, right??
