good Saturday Lakefront Run... 10 mi 01:25 08:30 pace

Beautiful mid 70-degree temps. A great day for a morning run at the lakefront! I wanted to test my achilles since I hadn't run since Tuesday. I took it slow, and wanted to make sure there was no pain. It all worked out well, and once I got warmed up, the run stayed good. Of course, I had to push it the last mile. If not for a steady headwind on the way back, it would've been a perfect run. I'm just glad I was able to have a good LSD run, with no issues.
