great Easy Pre-Race Run... 4.01 mi 00:35 08:45 pace

It was a nice 77 degrees, and 59% humidity this morning. My first run since taking 2 days off after ending my 200-day runstreak. I just wanted to do a slow, easy run to loosen up the legs, and to see how I'd feel after the time off. Everything went well, I had the slightest feeling of heaviness in the legs, but I'll be OK. I think I'm as ready as I can be for the half-marathon tomorrow morning. Still hoping for some good running weather...
