Day 199--5:53 AM, 82° and 65% humidity, warmer than yesterday, but less humid. Not much of a trade-off...perhaps less humidity is better. At any rate, I just have to adjust, adapt and acclimate to these temps, because it looks like there will be no improvement in terms of cooler weather for my half-marathon this Sunday. I'm looking forward too much to meeting with some of my running friends (some for the first time) to not have a decent race. Still hoping for the best.....
