Flogged the climbing muscles the last 2 days so I took it out on the speed muscles today. had a brutal 4 hour final closeout for a project that just happened to be right beside my barefoot park. Too shitty out to run barefoot (I don't trust the park with soaking wet ground, its too easy for sharp and shiny things to disappear) so I decided to just run fast. Got a lot of The Lumberjack style go to hell but put your shirt back on looks and gave worse back so up yours snotty park bastards and bitches
