      Hey-I wondered where you were.

      I think that runners fancy themselves healthier than others; therefore, when they are injured, they don't believe that conventional wisdom applies to them. They kinda remind me of 10th graders:)

    Loop # 2 @ Noland 5.01 mi 00:37 07:19 pace

    Wanted to get in a nice loop at my pace today. Made this into a nice tempo run. Last 2 miles were around MRP...Very happy with this pace on Noland. Fastest loop out there to date.

      Yeah for sure!! Now that I will be doing majority of my speed and tempo stuff over at Oak Grove Lake Park, it will be more likely that you can get over and join me since it is much closer than the beach....These past several months, I was taking it easy due to the achilles problems...now though, it's time to get serious!!

    Did an easy loop with Crystle to ensure she got a good 5 miles in...I kicked her ass with all those hills, but she did great.

      Thanks Theresa...Yeah, Noland ALWAYS makes a believer out of those who doubt its level of difficulty..Everyone thinks you are crazy when you tell them abou the hills...then they get out there and get their asses kicked!!

      Yeah, you should..after my marathon, I am going to do my speed and tempo work here..its a great loop, flat and soft...I am glad I was with some other runners tonight, otherwise I would have been tempted to hammer the pace..it was that nice!!
