quad scull for an hour, then ...
haven't been able to really enjoy quad.... doubles is great! I want to do more of that.
we almost fell into the water, at least now I know it's really hard to fall in.

was out on the double scull today... the instructor was making sure i was getting the technique. felt like singing Head, shoulders, knees and toes by the end. still love it!
