    Felt great today!!! Finally got back on the treadmill. Thanks to getting sick I didn't make it on my 100 mile challenge but I am back now :)

    I decide to push myself and add a little jogging in with my walk today and cut 4 minutes off my normal time. I can feel it but it also felt good :)
