Yay! Welcome back. I also double post between here and a spreadsheet. Not thrilled with the way it logs my stuff but I love the community aspect.

And I have 7 other workouts from earlier in the week. If you do the math, that's 10! I have two more this weekend. And yet I still know you'll be the rock star and I will stand in your shadow!! Ah, to be young!

good Trainer 15.5 mi 01:00 15.5mph pace
No running. 67 days was enough. Starting tomorrow, I'm on my own with my girls for a while, so I'm tempted to take off from running for a few weeks. We'll see if it lasts.

All good things must come to an end, right? Excellent streak, maybe the legs would appreciate a little break. Good job on the trainer and good luck playing single mom for a bit. That's a very tiring job:)

Post-run. Pre-pork and sauerkraut and other wacky PA German traditions. Who else hides money outside and curses the chicken?

Sauercraut and pork yes, not sure about the money and chicken curses though.

Ran along Scenic View and up the mountain a bit with my trusty RP. Stayed up late writing and drinking, which makes for a good combination. Surprisingly, I had no trouble waking up early.
