    No running. 67 days was enough. Starting tomorrow, I'm on my own with my girls for a while, so I'm tempted to take off from running for a few weeks. We'll see if it lasts.

      Pork chops on the menu here...but no sauer kraut, money hiding, or cursing chickens. We will do hoppin' johns and corn bread. Great trainer ride!! good luck with that kraut!
