I wake up wondering how the hell I'm going to have enough energy to swim, and I leave the class feeling awesome. Worked on some new rotation drills today. It seems in swimming there is always something to work on....as I seem to be increasing my pace, I am pushing my head down with the added effort, so have to correct this.

Isn't that funny how that works - most of the time? That feeling of dread and trepidation and then BOOM! it's over and you feel awesome! What kind of rotation drills? Curious! Better to keep head down than up? Yes, always something to work on!
