    Cool, rainy, and recovery heart rate made for a very pleasant run this morning. Achilles still sore this morning, but not when running. Switching to my shoes with the biggest lift may have helped.

      That is some serious mileage for that kind of heat and humidity! I havent figured out the Achilles/shoe issue yet, wish I had some insight on that...other than stretch it out and maybe a nice soak over the next few days! Great job!
