Love Yogamazing episodes. And it's been a few weeks. Felt great today. Just what my tight muscles needed.

I SO need some yoga again. It's hard for me today unless I go to a class. tomrrow's a holiday. I'll call an episode up on the mac. Are you registered for Vermont yet?

Yogamazing is great because it's always there waiting for me when I'm ready. I could only fit in 13 minutes today, not even a whole episode, but it's exactly what my muscles needed. I forgot how good it feels to stretch. I registered for Vermont right away, one of the first ones. I'm so scared, and nervous, and excited. I feel I'm going to rock it and fail all at the same time. Is this normal?

Yes, that's completely normal. It's exciting to take on a huge undertaking as training and completing a marathon. Based on how well you cross train and commitment level, I don't think you CAN fail at it. It's a new level, but one you're more than capable of it. I just ran with a first timer who ran his first half at Hartford. He smoked me by 15+ minutes! You can do it!

Thanks Chris. I appreciate the motivation. There's still that voice in my head who tells me I just started running 18 months ago and never was very active, so what business do I have doing a marathon.

choose not to listen that voice and find another :0) I haven't registered yet, but I will this week. Vermont is a fun one! just pray for good weather!

Hey, don't be listening to voices like that. Didn't you just tell me people started running in their 50's so why not me at 43? Or 2, or whatever old I am? You're gonna do this, and I am gonna do that, and we're going to be awesome!
