According to my Garmin, this was not quite 3 miles. Did well not going out too fast. Kept it conservative in the beginning since I was worried about my hip. Each mile was faster. But based on my breathing, I was really pushing it on the run. I'm noticing I'm losing speed each week as my hip doesn't improve. I did get a blister from my shoes and no socks. 3:39 faster than last time.
What would I do differently?: Next time I do such a wet race, either wear socks or put a bandage where I know I have hot spots. Body Glide didn't help today.

Fantastic RAce Dena! You put out an amazing performance and walked away with an impressive time despite your injury! I hope the hip gets better but Great Job!
