Low energy and not feeling well all day. But it had warmed up and I really wanted to run outside. I haven't run outside since the 2nd. I didn't do my planned tempo run, and instead ran with Bill for the first 3.4 miles which was lots of fun. Then I finished off the distance by myself. I'm so glad I ran. It's the best I've felt all day. Woo hoo for running!
