I've been feeling crappy this week and skipping workouts. After I got home from a late day at work, I just needed run without any goal in mind. Brought my favorite music, and my Garmin but never looked at it. I felt better by the end.

    I know the title of your run is just to sum it up but I really like it. It sounds... peaceful? I'm not sure the word to use but it sounds like a name to a good book. Glad you felt better.

    That's exactly what I needed last night. Every workout right now has a planned distance/time/pace...and I just needed a break from that structure. I needed to run just for fun.
