Nothing wrong with cross-training. Didn't you just do a Goofy or something? Nothing wrong with a run break if you're so inclined.

Yes, there was that Goofy thing a couple weeks ago. My body and mind probably did need a running break. Just signed up for a 10K, 10-Miler and Half. That get me running again.

I wish I could come up there for some of these races. I was born in Holyoke! My family lives in Springfield, Westfield and Northhampton still so I could do any of them! Maybe some day! Good luck with your races!
