Gorgeous weather today. I overdressed. The sun felt great.
I still find tempo runs to be the hardest to do. But I got this one done. 1 mile easy, 3 tempo miles (8:56, 8:53, 8:48), 1 mile easy.

Added a double yoga workout to my bike ride this morning. Tried to do some jackknife exercises at the end but found out that whatever I pulled on Friday's ice slipping was needed for them. Ouch.
