    I still find tempo runs to be the hardest to do. But I got this one done. 1 mile easy, 3 tempo miles (8:56, 8:53, 8:48), 1 mile easy.

      Nothing wrong with cross-training. Didn't you just do a Goofy or something? Nothing wrong with a run break if you're so inclined.

      I wish I could come up there for some of these races. I was born in Holyoke! My family lives in Springfield, Westfield and Northhampton still so I could do any of them! Maybe some day! Good luck with your races!

    good Yoga for Abs & Runners 00:42

    Added a double yoga workout to my bike ride this morning. Tried to do some jackknife exercises at the end but found out that whatever I pulled on Friday's ice slipping was needed for them. Ouch.

    Early Sunday morning ride before everyone else woke up. Watching Scott Pilgrim vs. the World kept this ride less boring. An hour on the bike used to feel short, now it feels so long.

    Building up my time on the trainer. After all the running I've been doing lately, I hurt myself yesterday slipping on the ice just walking back to my car. Stupid ice.
