      Great Performance:

if 2:40 is a rough day, then you know you're in great shape! Maybe do a fall marathon on a faster course, like Berlin(fastest marathon in the world).

I am just thankful that you are not a masters runner yet as your team is already really strong in this category. Looking forward to hopefully meeting you guys. I am running for SERC this year. I know the Bandito's are the team to beat and I am not surprised.
