    Tis the daily Sunday walk!! :) I enjoyed myself!! :) It was a necessary walk for me to talk to God and clear the mind. :) I feel refreshed!! :)

    Pushed the foot as far and no cramping until ten minutes after we ran. Coach James pushed me pretty good. Next Saturday, we're going for 3 miles. Nice to get going consistantly again!! :)
