    it was great Ramon and I ran from my apartment to staten island over the bayonne bridge. It was a nice comfy pace and I feel awesome. I'm ready to bump it up.

    Class was harder last week, we did more fitness/bootcamp exercises last week. this week was concentrated more on the bag: punching and kicking. feel good, but felt like I could have pushed harder.
