    20 in zone 2. 20 in zone 3. 20 in zone 4....this was HARD. No walk breaks start to finish, even through the hills...Thought I was going to die, but boy was it worth it...Super pleased with today!

    I ran with my niece today, SO nice to have a running partner. We were alittle slow, but it was a Great run...Oh, and last 2 miles finished in down pour :)
