Very frustrating... have a stress fracture so not able to run for ~6 wks! And my son-in-law Marc got one, too, this week only 17 days before his first ultra marathon. Can't believe the coincidence. Well, stationary bike and upper body workouts for a few weeks and then start training for Lewis & Clark half. Plan to run with Marc and my daughter, Jessi. Will be great!
