    good Up to Alaro and back. 17.36 km 52:32 0.2mph pace

    Beautiful quiet roads... nothing could be better. The ride, basically all the way up to this beautiful Village of Alaro then all the way down again even travelled on a roman road.

      Did same ride as saturday... but the speed feels a little easier now... i kind of go to sleep the first couple of KM but then i try to make it up. All in all, quite easy no problems with breathing... tomorrow the big one. will try to do 60Km ...
