    15 burpees (still not in a row), 15 squats. Still stretching and trying to make it work. Added in a 1.5 mile walk. Unfortunately tomorrow will be icy.

    15 burpees (not together), 13 squats. Pain in my side is almost unbearable - especially while pushing up, in the push up.

    15 burpees, 12 squats. I learned today - I can't do 15 burpees in a row! Ha, but I got it done. Seem to be developing a very painful, stitch in my right lower abdomen while doing the pushup.

    10 burpees, 9 squats. So, on the one hand I struggled today with burpees #7-10 but on the other hand, I'm feeling much stronger. Does this make sense?
