      Peter - It's a Tamora Pierce book - Battle Magic. It's not a challenging read (7th-9th grade level) but it moved quick and was exciting. It turns out that I read this series all out of order. This book is #11 and I read #9 then 1-4, then didn't finish #10 because it bored me and this was #11. Now I'm going back to read 5-8.

      Peter - I set the actual alarm for 4:45 and my mental alarm for 4:40. But I woke up at 3:40 and just stayed in bed resting until about 4:30.
