You know it's fair week when the wind kicks up to a new level of annoying. Running on a dirt trail makes it even more fun. Can't wait to see how my nose feels later today. DH decided to impress me with his new-found speed on the last half mile home. Jerk. He literally left me in the dust. (But I love him.) Better start getting serious about speed work!


hope you don't have any ill effects from the dust. Nice zippy run there! Try the 1 minute sprint/2 mins jog times 10, with 1o min warmup and cooldown. I LOVE that workout.
