      yah, I know 1.33 miles doesn't seem like a lot, but I've been doing the Galloway "run/walk" thing ever since I got back on my feet from the accident, so I'm hopeful to build on that and get a little farther each time out.

      I remember that there was a time that I couldn't run more than 2 miles without having to walk. I felt so defeated. When I broke that barrier, I cried.
